Automatic Protection
UPS®, FedEx®, and DHL® shipments are automatically protected for up to $300.
Comprehensive Protection
You may select protection in excess of $300 by paying an additional
fee. The protection includes UPS®, FedEx®, and DHL® shipments. If additional protection is selected and paid for, you may be eligible for reimbursement up to the value of your parcel, plus freight, for porch-pirated theft, loss, and damage.
Domestic and International Protection
InsureShield® protects both domestic and international shipments with US origins.
Hassle-Free Claims
The PostNet location you use to ship your package will assist with the UPS Capital claims process.

Insurance coverage is offered through UPS Capital Insurance Agency, Inc., a licensed insurance producer. If you elect protection for your shipment, it will be insured under a policy of insurance (the “Policy”), but you are not insured under the Policy. In the event of a loss covered under such Policy, any resulting claim payment will be directed to you as a loss payee.
